Completed Application Form Use this form to provide your personal information. Be sure to indicate
your intended area of study and the related school or college.
Study
Plan & Personal Statement Study Plan: You are required to write an overall statement about your
future academic and career goals. The purpose of this study plan is to clearly
define your path to your degree.
Personal Statement : This statement provides an
opportunity for you to reveal more about yourself,
your family, academic and other achievements, extracurricular
interests and commitments, work experiences, and
your reasons for applying to Seoul National University.
Two
Letters of Recommendation from your teachers Two teachers or professors are required to complete theses forms for
their evaluation of your performance and the contributions you have made
in their classes or fields. The letters must be sealed in an official envelope
and signed on the back by the recommenders.

copy of the applicant's passport (or other official document which specifies your parents' nationality)

copy of both parents' passports (or other official document which specifies your parents' nationality)
Financial
Certificate Use this form to provide basic information about the financial resources
available for your education and living expenses.
Official
Documents Transcripts and Graduation/Degree Certificates These Documents detail your academic achievements and are required from
every school or college you have attended. Transcripts must provide a record
of the courses you have taken in each year of study, along with the final
grades. You must also submit official evidence of the conferrals of all
degrees, diplomas, or professional titles showing the date of the conferrals.
A
Score report of a recognized English proficiency test(Toefl, Teps, Toeic,
etc.) Native speakers of English are exempt from this requirement. One

out Application Form at the SNU website(http://www.snu.ac.kr)
according to the instructions in the section titled
"Submitting Your Application." The Application
fees (\72,000 or US$70) should be paid online.
Applicants
whose forms and supporting documents are incomplete or unsatisfactory will
be disqualified from the admissions process.
Original
documents should be submitted. Should they be unavailable,
however, copies must be authorized by the originating
institution before they are submitted.
Documents
that are not in Korean or English must be accompanied by a notarized Korean
or English translation. Please submit the original documents as well.
